Customer Success & Training Specialist
Come be a part of our growing team! The Customer Success & Training Specialist will be an invaluable member of our Pharmacy Automation team creating solutions for our pharmacy customers. We pride ourselves on being responsive to customers’ needs and implementing solutions quickly and effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive customer success and engagement strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand customer goals, needs, and challenges and ensure alignment of engagement strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with customers to assess customer health, address any issues or concerns, and provide expert advice on reaching their goals.
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for increased engagement.
- Establish customer service policies and practices in cooperation with the PA Service Manager.
- Provide high-level technical and product support.
- Coordinate with local teams to provide on-site skill development and training/education on the use of the equipment.
- Assist sales team by listening to concerns/problems and help identify possible solutions, which may result in purchase decisions by new business opportunities or prospects.
- Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists.
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of Noritsu.
- Provide training of pharmacy automation systems.
- Assist in the development of pharmacy training tools.
- Lead courses, webinars, and provide onsite training.
- Conduct product demonstrations and implementation consultations in conjunction with the Sales team.
- Work closely with other departments (Sales, Technical, and Operations) during the implementation phase of equipment.
- Conduct follow-up evaluations with pharmacies after installations.
- Provide customer training and guidance as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continue to update your job knowledge by participating in training classes provided by Noritsu and other manufacturers, in addition to reading professional publications and participating in online training programs.
- This is a remote position with 75% travel .
Qualifications:

- Must have a working knowledge of Windows operating system, networking, and Google workspace applications.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of computers.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills; be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime.
- Must have high speed internet availably at your home.
- Must have adequate cell reception at your home.
Education / Experience:
- High School diploma and a minimum of two years related experience OR a two or four year degree in computer sciences from an accredited school and minimum of 6 months related experience.
- PTCB certification is a plus.
- Experience with remote phone support is a plus.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift office files, reports or records, typically weighing five pounds or less. The employee must be able to access, enter and retrieve data using a computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
